Description: The US Government is interested in leasing approximately 3,000-5,000 usable square feet of warehouse space that must contain between 250-1500 office space. The warehouse space must have 18? in ceiling height and a sealed concrete floor, furthermore a level loading dock with two manually operated 14 foot roll-up doors and one heavy-duty protective bumpers to accommodate a 24-foot box truck. Floor loading must be able to three 24 box trucks with an 11,000lb payload. The parking lot should be able to house 40 vehicles. The delineated area is all of South Brunswick, in Middlesex, New Jersey.
