Description
Title: Region II Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team III (START3) Removal Support Team (RST2) Contract The purpose of this modification is to (1) amend the pre-soliciation notice issued on 01/05/05 and (2) provide a response to questions from that notice. (1) Description The notice is hereby amended to add: This procurement is for "full and open" competition. An offeror shall not receive an award under this solicitation if it is determined that the offeror is currently a Region 2 Emergency and Rapid Response Services (ERRS) contractor or proposes to use a current Region 2 ERRS contractor as a team subcontractor.
