- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) and Skanska USA Building (Construction Manager) are pleased to announce the bidding of trade contractor work packages for the new United States Federal Courthouse located in El Paso, Texas. The eight-story structure is approximately 237,000 SF and located in downtown El Paso, Texas. The $50M - $55M project is designed by Antoine Predock & BPLW Architects and Engineers. This Amendment incorporates the following specification sections omitted from the original documents: 01290 - Payment Procedures, 01320 - Construction Progress Documentation and 02584 - Underground Ducts and Utility Structures. (See attachments) In addition, this Amendment deletes the following specification sections from the Table of Contents, as they are not included in the project documents: 08163 Sliding Aluminum-Frame Glass Doors and 15471 - Water Filtration.
