- Description
- NA NASA/KSC plans to issue a Sole-Source Request for Proposal Quotation (RFQ) for a Digital Image Analysis Color Management System. This system must be compatible with the current Image Analysis System in place. NASA/KSC intends to purchase the items from Eastman Kodak, out of Rochester, NY, in accordance with the statutory authority U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). This is a sole-source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Eastman Kodak has been identified as the only known responsible source to complete the requirement. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP). This notice of intent is not a request for quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing by mail, fax, or email to Mr. Rob Wolfinger not later than 12 NOON KSC local tine on Thursday, January 13, 2005.
