IAW DRAWING NR (18876) 13027440, BASIC DTD 1983 MAY 09, AMEND NR B DTD 1994 AUG 22, TYPE NUMBER: 13027440 VENDOR ITEM CONTROL DRAWING (NEW ITEM), IAW QAP SQAP011683310, REF NO DTD 2004 OCT 07, AMEND NR DTD 19. The set-aside type for this purchase is UNRESTRICTED. Various increments solicited: 5-24, 25-74, 75-99, 100-149, 149-199, 200-249. The surge requirement for this item is as follows: 184 ea to be delivered in 30 days, 181 ea. to be delivered in 60 days, 179 ea. to be delivered in 90 days. Delivery is to be 50 ea. within 90 days, with 50ea. delivered every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 1 & 26.
