Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Grain Marketing & Production Research Center located in Manhattan, Kansas, requires repair and modification of a Dust Collection System. The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work. The Government estimates the cost of construction between $50,000 and $75,000. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATION AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAX'D TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER @ (970) 492-7031 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-1281-82HW-05. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ (970) 492-7031 ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 28, 2005. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 238990 with a small business size not exceeding $12 million average annual gross receipts. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-1281-82HW-05, which will be available on or about January 14, 2005. The anticipated award date is January 31, 2005. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
