Description

This project includes inspection, rehabilitation (if needed), and test pumping of a hatchery production well; and replacement of a damaged 50 H.P. peerless pump with a submersible pump. The well casing must be extended 12" higher than the current height, and a valved Tee must be installed to allow flushing to a nearby canal. We wish to achieve (but not exceed) 514 gpm continual flow (as per water rights). Recently the well has been producing between 370 and 425 gpm. This work must be accomplished by February 15, 2005. This well supplies water for the production of Lahontan cutthroat trout. Work must be guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship or material, and damage resulting from such defects.
