Description: Businesses having the ability to provide copier/fax maintenance on a variety of different copiers/faxes from different manufacturers. Additionally, businesses having the ability to provide new copiers/fax machines from different manufactures on a cost per copy basis. Existing machines include Zerox, Kyocera Mita, Toshiba, Sharp, Canon, Konica Minolta, Panasonic, Brother, and HP. The desired result of this synopsis is to have one company provide maintenance on current copiers/faxes owned by the U.S. Government and to also have the ability to provide new copiers/faxes on a cost per copy basis. Interested parties shall provide a written notice containing a description on how they would provide the required services including a point of contact and phone number. This information will be evaluated to determine if a competitive opportunity exists. If an interested party believes there is a more feasible way to obtain the required services, please provide a proposal outlining the alternatives. All businesses responding to this synopsis shall submit information relating to their business size status as calculated by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
