- DESCRIPTION The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 19,027 rentable square feet of office/flex space contiguous on a single floor (first floor highly desirable), within the area of Salinas, CA set out below. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 16,545 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable square feet) to a maximum of 17,207 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, together with parking to meet local code requirements including four (4) reserved off-site spaces, for use by the Social Security Administration. Occupancy is desired as soon as possible, but in no case later than December 30, 2005. LOCATION: Area of consideration: City of Salinas, CA within the following delineated area: North: Alvin Drive South: West Acacia Street East: North and South Main Street West: Highway 101 and Davis Road LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years firm. REQUIRED: First class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government?s requirements, including flood plain, seismic safety, access to public transportation, and handicapped access, is solicited.
