Description

The 138th Fighter Wing, Oklahoma Air National Guard (OKANG) located at 4200 N. 93rd East Ave., Tulsa, OK 74115-1632 is seeking quotes for providing a land survey. The proposed contract is an Emerging Small Business Set-Aside under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program in accordance with FAR 19.1007(c)(1). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition i s 541370 and the emerging small business size standard is $2 million. The acquisition is for providing a land survey for the proposed lease update between the Air National Guard and the Tulsa Airport Authority. The contractor shall provide metes and bounds legal descriptions along with graphics to reflect all land under the current lease and the proposed lease in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided by the Government. The performance period is 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The solicitation will be available on or about 27 Jan 05, with a tentative closing date of 14 Feb 05. Once issued, solicitation documents (electronic only) will be available at: http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ebs/advertisedsolicitations.asp. No hard copies will be issued. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Registration may be accomplished at: http://www.ccr.gov.
