- The purpose of this amendment is to state that the U.S. Army, TACOM intends to award a one year option on the Sole Source purchase order to Building Engineer and Science Talent Inc., BEST, San Diego, CA, for support in the planning and execution of a pilot program, Materials World Module. The period of performance will be for one basic year with one option year. (Reference Note 22).
