Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. TACOM proposes to issue, on other than a full-and-open competitive basis, a cost plus fixed fee contract modification to develop and demonstrate vehicle thermal management system technologies that will efficiently manage thermal loads on vehicles while min imizing parasitic energy losses. This is a continuation of a program on existing contract DAAE07-03-C-L153 and will be added to the contract by modification. RDT&E funds will be used for this action.Under the proposed action Engineered Machined Parts In c. is to complete the vehicle platform started systems, expand their applications and develop additional components/subsystems for additional platforms, as required, militarize developed systems/subsystems/ components/, and provide appropriate/required doc umentation for the above.
