Description: US Army CECOM, Ft. Monmouth, NJ, GUARDRAIL weapons system team plans to enter into a sole source agreement with BAE Management Corporation, Landsdale, PA for a Time and Materials (T&M) order against existing Basic Ordering Agreement W15P7T-04-G-L803 for the development of a frequency extension modification to enhance the capability of the airborne platform and for repair of Guardrail pod antennas. The period of performance for this order will be one year from the date of award. The Government does not hold any proprietary rights to any drawings or data, and believes BAE Management Corporation is the only reliable source that can provide services that will satisfy the Government's requirements. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the Government's discretion. There will be no formal Request for Proposals (RFPs), or other information regarding these requirements.
