Description

This acquisition is for Commercial Items/Services. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, and services to, as specified, necessary to accomplish Vegetative Management Services at Wilson Lake Project Office, Sylvan Gr ove, Kansas. The period of performance is one base year (FY05) beginning 01 April 2005 through 30 September 2005, plus (4) four one-year options. The service period for Option Year I (FY06) is from 01 April 2006 through 30 September 06. The service peri od for Option Year II (FY05) is from 01 April 2007 through 30 September 07. The service period for Option Year III is from 01 April 2008 through 30 September 2008. The service period for Option year IV is 01 April 2009 through 30 September 2009. This s olicitation is set-aside for small business only. The Government will award a contract from this request for proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and past perfor mance considered. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 0782. The NAICS Code is 561730. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency. By submission of a bid, a bidde r acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the CCR database prior to award; during performance; and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation.
