Description
PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS PROJECT IS SET ASIDE FOR CERTIFIED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: The project work location is the U.S. Coast Guard Station Venice, Venice, Louisiana, Plaquemines Parish. The project work consists of dredging the boat basin to elevation 11? (feet) NGVD, approximately 3, 625 cubic yards of accumulated bottom sediment. The dredge spoils shall be transported by hydraulic pipeline across Tiger Pass to partially fill an inland pond that the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources has identified as a wetland development site. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 25 calendar days. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $28.5 million. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. ORCA is available through the Business Partner Network (BPN) at <http://www.bpn.gov/ >. Contractors will use ORCA to electronically submit annual Representations and Certifications (Reps & Certs). Contractors will no longer be required to submit hard copies of their Reps & Certs with each proposal. For contractors to be able to upload their Reps & Certs to ORCA, they must have an active Central Contractor Registration (CCR) record and a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN).
