Description

Provide all labor, equipment, material, tools and qualified supervision for the Ventilation of Physical Therapy Project 585-04-114 at VA Medical Center, Iron Mountain, Michigan. Project includes the removal of the existing fourth floor mechanical air handling equipment with associated electrical and p-plumbing equipment serving the firth floor Physical Therapy. Reserve the Physical Therapy area via new supply/return air duct system routed through the fourth floor ceiling spaces and making connections to the existing vertical duct systems. The 4th floor west side rooms in building one shall be remodeled for Clinic areas for eye Clinic and Neurology Service with remodeling of wall, electrical, ceiling, floor, and window treatments and two accessible restrooms. Project Engineer is Martha Ceterski at (906) 774-3300, extension 32201. NAICS code is 236220. Estimated issue date is January 31, 2004. Estimated dollar range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
