Description

The U.S.Army Soldier System Center has a requirement for custodial services for various buildings located at Kansas Street, Natick, Massachusetts 01760. This procurement is 100% set aside for firms in the Small Business Administration 8(a) program. T he contractor shall provide all labor,management,supervision,equipment,and supplies necessary to perform custodial services throughout the Soldier System Center located in Natick, Massachusetts. Services include, but are not limited to: general cleaning in all offices,hallway areas, and bathrooms. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720. The Small Business size standard is $14.0 million. A firm fixed price contract with indefinite quantity items will be awarded for a base year, 1 April 2005 through 3 1 March 2006, with four option years. Offerors are required to attend a site visit on 10 February 2005 at 9:00 AM. Offerors planning to attend the site visit shall contact Mr. Raymond Golaszewski at(508)233-4289 no later than 8 February 2005 of their inten tion to attend. This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act.
