- This aquisition is for Commercial Item or Services. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, labor and supplies necessary to accomplish Mowing and Trimming Services at Harlan County Lake Project Office, Republican City, Nebraska. This s olicitation contains a base period plus four option periods. The service period for the base period runs from 01 April 2005 to 30 September 2005. The period of performance for Option period 1, is 01 April 2006 through 30 September 2006. The period of perfo rmance for option period 2, is from 01 April 2007 through 30 September 2007. The period of performance for option period 3, is from 01 April 2008 through 30 September 2008. The period of performance for option period 4, is from 01 April 2009 through 30 Sep tember 2009. The government will award a contract from this request for quotes to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price, experience and past performance considered. This solici tation is unrestricted. The standard industrial code is 0782. The NAICS code is 561730. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency. OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS: Prior to bidding, vendors must complete online the Representations and Certifications. To do so requires CCR registration, including an MPIN number. Instructions may be obtained, and required information may be entered, at http://orca.bpn.gov. One must register on the Kansas City District web site in o rder to receive any quotations. REQUIRED CCR REGISTRATION: Prior to bidding, vendors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system, including creation of an MPIN number. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accompli shed, at www.ccr.gov http://www.ccr.gov. By submission of a bid, a bidder acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the CCR database prior to award; during performance; and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. Ref er to CCR clause (either 252.204-7004 or 52.204-7). Also, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requires offerors to provide representations and certifications electronically via the BPN website at https://www.bpn.gov/ocra/vendor as a prerequisite to receiving solicitation, to update the representations and certifications as necessary, but at least annually, to keep them current, accurate and complete, and to make changes that affect only one solicitation by completing the appropriate sections of either paragraph (j) of FAR provision 52.212-3 or FAR provi sion 52.204-8, whichever is included in the solicitation.
