Description

PROJECT TITLE AND LOCATION: El Dorado Irrigation District, Deer Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, El Dorado County, California. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is limited to 8(a) contractors registered with the SBA in the state of California. JOB D ESCRIPTION: Construction of a portion of the current Deer Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Project to increase recycled water availability by more than 6.3 million gallons annually. Work includes: 1) Refurbishment and modifications to an exi sting 1 MG Equalization Tank and addition of a second 2.6 MG Equalization Tank. 2) Replacement of the plant generator to handle larger pumping capacities. NAICS Code: This procurement will be conducted under NAICS code: 237990. The size standard for this NAICS code is: $28.5 Million. Estimated price range is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. It is important that you first go to this website and under Contracting Division homepage click on the advertised solicitation you are interested in. Go to Plan Holder Registration. Thi s will require you to establish a user name and password. Keep the user name and password and share it with anyone else in your organization who is responsible for registering your firm on planholders lists. With our new system you only have to do the fu ll registration one time. If you have your user name and password you can always go back into the system and register for other jobs without having to go through the entire registration process. However, you can only do this by using your initial user na me and password. In order to receive notification on any amendments to the solicitation you are required to register for the planholder list. Please complete all requested information.
