Description: 17. This procurement requires the contractor to plan, support and apply Acquisition Reform technical and business requirements to logistics, supply chain management, maintenance planning and execution, strategic sourcing, and logistics technical documentation for the Logistics Support Coordinator, SP-206, for the Strategic Submarine Program and the Strategic Weapon System (SWS). This effort will be negotiated as a modification to an existing contract with EMCUBE, Inc. Alexandria, VA, the only known contractor with the specialized technical background and unique expertise to perform this effort. See Note 22!!
