Description

Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, lubricants, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform copier maintenance on Toshiba copiers at the following locations: Defense Commissary Agency Headquarters, Ft. Lee, VA; Ft. Bliss Commissary, TX; Ft. Hamilton Commissary, NY; Charleston NWS Commissary, SC. Evaluation of quotes will be made on an "all or none" basis. This Request for Quotation will be released on or about January 12, 2005. This Request for Quotation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Only written requests will be accepted, facsimile or email acceptable and must contain the following information: Solicitation number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any Purchase Order resulting from the Request for Quotation. Further information about registration may be found on the internet at www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered for award.
