Description: Radioisotopes in unit doses to be delivered daily to VA Medical Center, Sioux Falls SD, by NRC approved radiopharmacy. Items include TC99M, cardiolite, MDP, DTPA, MAA, mag-3, PYP, sulfur colloid, disofenin, I-123, I-131 and others. Radiopharmacy must be available on 24-hour basis and must be able to provide delivery up to three (3) times daily. Deliveries are Monday through Friday, but some weekend deliveries could be possible. Contract is for base year and two option years. Proposals due February 14, 2005. NAICS code 325412. Questions should be faxed or e-mailed to the above Contracting Officer.
