Description: The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Clever Sys Inc., 1334 Stokley Way, Vienna, VA 22182 for a Treadscan Behavior and Gait Analysis System. The proposed action for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under this authority of FAR 6.302-3 (a)(2)(i). This is not a request for competitive quotes but responses received on or before January 27, 2005 will be evaluated. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on response to this notice is soley within the discretion fo the Governement. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
