Description

The Army Reserve Contracting Center, Minneapolis Satellite Office, has a requirement to provide janitorial/custodial service for the Army Reserve Center located in Columbus Ohio. The period of performance is a Base Period from 01 March 2005 or Date o f Award to 28 February 2006, with four(4) one(1) year option periods. The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation and materials necessary to provide janitorial/custodial services as required by the cont ract documents. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. This acquisition is subject to the Service Contract Act, and will include the appropriate Department of Labor Wage Determination. Prospective contractors must register with the Department of Defense (DoD) Central Contract Registration (CCR) data base to be considered for award. Bidders are notified that failure to register in CCR will render their firm ineligible for consideration for award.
