Qualified source: Texas Instruments (82647). Increments solicited: 10-24, 25-99, 100-249, 250-499, and 500-1000 units. Unit of issue: Each (EA). Destination: Specified on individual delivery orders. Delivery schedule: Specified on individual delivery orders. A 12-month Indefinite Quantity Contract with two (2) 12-month option periods (3-years total) is anticipated. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed three (3) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
