RFQ is for the purchase of 50,000 yards textile, nylon, webbing, 1 23/32 inch width, Type VII, Class 1, 2.35 oz/linear yard, 6000 lb. breaking strength, camouflage green 483, Class R treated in accordance with MIL-W-27265., NSN 8305-00-782-6734. Quotes are to be based on FOB Destination Albany, GA. Production Leadtime is 90 days after date of award or sooner for delivery. Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-55126A dated June 23, 1999 applies. Request for quotation SP0100-05-Q-4045 will only be available through the Procurement Gateway. Copies of this solicitation will be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home at time of solicitation issuance. From the Gateway homepage, select "search RFQs" from the right hand sidebar. Then close the RFQ you wish to download and view these documents you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. In addition, to receive E-MAIL NOTIFICATION OF RFQs you must register with the USER PROFILE feature on the Gateway. Specification/patterns and/or applicable documents can be obtained via http://ct.dscp.dla.mil/Index.html or as an Adobe download from the Assist website at http://assist.daps.dla.mil. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and ?specialty metals? (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
