Approved sources: Senior Aerospace (CAGE 98769) partnumber 1506469001 and Arrowhead Products (CAGE 70628) part number 16469-101. Critical application item. Configuration Control Applies. FOB Destination - Inspection/Acceptance Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this item - DO NOT SUBMIT REQUEST TO DSCR-VABA. QAP 007 applies. Requested delivery is 144 days ARO. This item is not commercial. Solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited "UNRESTRICTED" Other Than Full and Open Competition basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the estimated annual demand of 20 each for the base year and 24 for each option year. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 6 each for all years. Maximum quantities is 32 each for the base year and 48 for each option year. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Issue date is January 31, 2005.
