- This is a sources sought interest announcement only and is NOT to be construed as a solicitation for firm proposals or offers. A response hereto does NOT obligate the respondent or the Government in any way. This announcement is solely for the purpose of determining if space is available or can be made available and to obtain an estimated cost. Delineated Area: Kalispell ? South Hwy 93 at Willow Glen Rd Junction; North Hwy 93 at West Reserve Dr. Junction; East Hwy 2 at Helena Flats Rd Junction; West Hwy 2 at Spring Creek Rd Junction. Description: Approximately 19,500 square feet of usable office and related space, approximately 8,000 square feet of secured wareyard with 13 visitor parking spaces, and 109 employee parking spaces. The term will be a 10-year firm term lease. Expected Date of Occupancy: August 1, 2006. Receipt of Responses: The latest date for receipt of responses is February 28, 2005.
