Description

Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and other operations necessary to provide preventative maint on 160 wheeled 150lb Halon Fire Extinguishers. Performance period of one base year and four option years. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 561990 with a $6 million limit. The Service Contract Act applies. The successful contractor will be selected based on low price. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on 19 Jan 05 on the government?s Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. Paper copies are not available and no telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. A Bidders mailing list will not be maintained. Offerors must visit the EPS site frequently in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Requests for solicitations by telephone and e-mail will not be honored. NOTE: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), www.ccr.gov, in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. Contractors are also required to submit invoices through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
