Description

Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo Texas, is looking to purchase the services of a Protestant Religious Education Coordinator. Duties are described in the Statement of Work (SOW), which is included in the solicitation. This is a firm fixed price requirements-type contract. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.106 -- Soliciting Competition, Evaluation of Quotations or Offers, Award and Documentation. This is a 100% set aside for Small Business; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 ? Educational Support Services, and the small business size standard is $6,000,000. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database at www.ccr.gov prior to award. Offerors are notified that failure to register will render their firm ineligible for award. Offerors are also required to enter their small business representations and certifications information through the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to release of any government award. The ORCA may be found at the following website: http://orca.bpn.gov/ . Release of the RFQ will be via the Internet. Offerors must provide performing individual?s name and their related work references. Interested parties may download the RFQ upon its issuance from the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov.
