Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Provide Park Custodial services, six days per week including holidays and weekends, for Area I at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Stockton Lake Project, Stockton, Mis souri. Services are for 2005 season April 16  September 30 with one renewal option for 2006, which may or may not be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Contractor must provide own RV unit and reside on-site during the season. NAICS code: 56 1720. SIC code: 7349. Size standard: $12.0 million.
