Description
Twenty-Four (24) Hours, 7 days a week, Security Services for Bureau of Indian Affairs, Eastern Oklahoma Regional Office, 3100 W. Peak Boulevard, Muskogee, Oklahoma. Security personnel must be trained professionals committed to identifying security risks that need to be managed including providing written threat assessment reports/reviews. Security personnel must be CLEET Certified/Armed with Law Enforcement Experience and or military police experience. Security must have a current State Security Agency License and must be currently State bonded and have proof of current insurance verification. Two Security Officers will be required to be on duty at all times. Security firm must have experience with providing security at a Federal Government installation pursuant to Federal standards/procedures. On an annual basis all security officers are to attend training to stay current of any changes of security procedures and/or policies and to provide documentation of such to Contracting Officer. All Security Officers must be armed at all times. All Security Officers are to follow a code of conduct on and off duty. Uniforms are required with each uniform prominently displaying their logo for easy identification. Security will stop all visitors at entrance of building before calling the appropriate office they need to visit and will make security checks of the building on the hour, 7 days a week, or as needed. Security service will ensure security of building, including external sites on property. Occasionally, Security will secure Contractors while performing a job on site. Armed Security Services (including threat assessment reports/reviews) will also be required to be provided at other Eastern Oklahoma Region sites (Chickasaw, Osage, Okmulgee, Miami, and Wewoka) as specified by Management for full time or special event(s) security coverage. If the Security Service is deemed unsatisfactory the Regional Director/Contracting Officer has the right to terminate the Contract at any time during the contract period. The start date is on or about March 1, 2005, through September 30, 2007. Contract amount will be negotiated annually after the end of each fiscal year.
