- ***THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE TO JANUARY 27, 2005. ALSO THE NEW PROPOSAL CLOSING DATE WILL BE FEBRUARY 28,2005, 4:00 P.M. PHILADELEPHIA LOCAL TIME.*** **Indefinite Quantity (Term) Contract to provide General Repairs and Construction Alterations services for Southern West Virginia and Northern Kentucky for various government ? owned buildings or government leased space in various counties within Cabell, Kanawha, Mercer, McDowell, Nicholas, Wood and Fayette in West Virginia and Boyd County, Kentucky. The period of performance of this contract is one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year options estimated to begin on February 01, 2005. This procurement is totally set aside for small business concerns in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program (NAIC CODE 236220). SIC Code 1542. The estimated yearly contract price is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00. The procurement will be awarded under the negotiated process. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with the Source Selection procedures outlined in the solicitation package. There will be no public opening of offers. The solicitation will be available on or about 01/05/05. To obtain copies of the complete solicitation, all interested parties must complete the FORM B document (an attached file to this notice) and mailed the original documents with the required business license to Ms. Vickie Sawyer, GSA Region 3, Allegheny Service Center (3PK), The Strawbridge Building, 20 N. 8th Street, 8th Floor, Philadelphia PA 19107-3396. The prime contractor will be responsible for having his subcontractor complete the form prior to receiving any bidding documents. The Contractor will be required to provide the following information: Solicitation Number and Title of Project, Complete Address, Point of Contact, Area code and phone number, Area code and fax number, E-mail address, Duns number.
