Description: Note 22 applies. The Government intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Raytheon Corporation for two (2) of their 2AN/PSC-5D MBMMR SATCOM Radios (Manpack.) These are for use by USPACOM, which requires this item for purposes of compatibility with existing inventory and due to being trained and certified as operators and maintainers. Further, only repair parts for this type of radio are in inventory. All responsive and responsible parties are invited to submit an offer.
