- Description
- The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), the Department of Defense (DoD) Medical School and Health Sciences University intends to award a purchase order for an arrayer. The arrayer must have the minimum following features: Must have a HEPA filter and humidity control. Must have the capability to print 100,000 spots/array. Must hold 90+ slides. Must have a plate stacking arm. The arrayer system will be used with the GenePix 4000B micro array scanner, which is already owned by USUHS. Evaluation factors shall be based on technical capabilities of the product including, but not limited to speed, accuracy and ease of use; past performance of vendor; and price. All interested offerors shall submit quotes along with three customer references in military medicine, and/or military science who have purchased a similar product, to the assigned contract Specialist by January 28, 2005, 3:00 p.m. EST. All quotes shall be valid for thirty days.
