Description

The Social Security Administration?s Office of Inspector General (OIG) is seeking a Web-based application system for authoring, retrieving, maintaining, and updating OIG policies and procedures. The following are the requirements for this application: 1. Provide a documentation library, which will give users web access to the documentation they need?provide browse and search tools. 2. Provide a password-program support facility to maintain, modify, and update the documentation library. 3. Convert existing policies and procedures into the new application format. 4. Provide a customizable workflow to facilitate review and approval for modifications and updates. 5. Provide on-site training for users, authors, and approvers. 6. Provide system documentation?online and hard copy. 7. Install and configure an emergency backup server infrastructure that will support the application in disaster recovery scenarios. 8. Configure a backup database to support the application as a duplicate of the production system. 9. Provide ongoing maintenance and support. 10. Must be 508 compliant. Interested vendors must be able to provide verifiable proof by submitting information in sufficient detail to demonstrate their ability to meet the Agency?s requirement. Vendors responding should indicate whether their services are available on the GSA schedule. This is not a request for proposal/quote and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation of the data received. No contract award will be made on the basis of responses received; however, this information will be used in SSA?s assessment of capable sources. Responses to this notice should be submitted by the date stated in this notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged.
