- Navy Land Activities, Navy Ships at Pearl Harbor, Marines, Hickam AFB and Schofield Barracks Hawaii, require various and indefinite quantities of Milk, Milk Products and Ice Cream. The Contract Period will begin on May 29, 2005 Thru May 27, 2006 (12 Months). This will be an Unrestricted Acquisition. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offeror(s). All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by the agency.
