Description: Arnold AFB, TN has a requirement to modify existing chiller piping and controls. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to modify the existing piping system to provide for lead/lag operation of the two existing chillers; replace the existing controls for the building?s hot water and cooling tower water system with new Direct Digital Controls (DDC) and connect controls to the base-wide computer EMCS system. The period of performance is 90 days after Notice to Proceed. The order of magnitude for the procurement is $25,000 to $100,000.
