FOB IS ORIGIN. The proposed contract action is for supplies f or which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The proposed contract will include a 100% option. Published for subcontracting purposes only. All of part of this action is an unfunded FY05 requirement.
