Description

This solicitation will be 100% Small Business HUBZone Set-Aside and will result in an award of a firm fixed price contract for NOUN: Pin, Quick Release, NSN: 5315-01-385-9214, P/N: 6650433-1, QTY: 775 each, NOUN: Pin, Quick Release, NSN: 5315-01-385- 9216, P/N: 6650433-2, QTY: 950 each, and NOUN: Pin, Quick Release, NSN: 5315-01-386-0206, P/N: 6650695, QTY: 1,400 each. There will be a 100% Option clause on each item included in the solicitation. Estimated issue date 10 February 2005. Material requireme nts and specifications will be provided via the solicitation, which will incorporate a Technical Data Package (TDP). The TDP will be viewed with the solicitation via the internet. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hard copies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in th e rejection of same.
