Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to modify BOA N00019-03-G-0003/delivery order 0004 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation to provide technical guidance, evaluate and validate aero modeling software correlation of High Performance Rotor Design on the UH-60A Aircraft for development of a model for use on the H-53 Heavy Lift Replacement aircraft. The modification will be awarded on a sole source basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, which is the only known source with the knowledge, experience, and proprietary technical data required to perform these tasks within the necessary time frame.
