Description

The Delaware Army National Guard is reviewing potential sources for the establishment of a Five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the ordering and delivering of subsistence items to approximately 19 units throughout the Delaware Army Nati onal Guard. The Agreement will not exceed an estimate of $100,000 per year for a 5-year period. The vendor must be able to meet the minimum requirements: Grocery items are to include the following: meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, dairy, dry goods, baki ng supplies, condiments, spices, fresh fruits and vegetables and any other food item required to meet the needs of a military dining facility. Deliveries once a month, occasionally some units/activities will require deliveries twice a month. Additional d eliveries may be required during periods of Unit Annual Training. The Contractor shall provide a method of supplying emergency needs within a 24-hour period and immediate correction on defective or spoiled items. The Agreement will be based on past perfor mance and final unit price, which will incorporate all charges for delivery, distribution, packaging, administrative, overhead, profit, etc. Any price changes will be adjusted to reflect general market cost conditions for all product categories in effect a s of the delivery date. The contractor must provide product listing, and delivered unit price. The contractor must accept payment by government purchase card. (VISA). All calls will not exceed $2,500 per call. The contractor must include their busines s size and type, (Hub zone, 8a, etc.) The SIC Code is 5141, NAICS 424490.
