- This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. The United States Army Communication and Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to procure a sole source acquisition with BAE Systems, Information and Electronics Integrations, Nashua, NH, for the maintenance and repair of the AN/PLQ-8, Target Location and Observation Systems. A three-year Time and Materials requirement type contract is anticipated, one base year with two one-year options. There are no drawings currently available for this eff ort.
