Description

Opening Date: 01/21/2005 DESC: The General Services Administration, Federal Technology Service, Region 3, Philadelphia, PA 19107 intends to issue a Sole Source delivery order to VideoLink Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through control number G-030500053, only one responsible source and no other source will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition will be prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is to provide Conferserv Upgrade, Maintenance Support, Training and Installation equipment for the client at Personnel Support Activity Atlanta, The Dept. of the Navy, Norfolk, VA. The four items are listed below: a. Conferserv Software Enterprise qty. 1, b. Maintenance Support, 3 years support, c. Training for two days, d. Installation , qty. 1, Only the above list items will be accepted. The proposed contract action is for commodities for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. The Government will consider all proposals received by close of business 01/28/2005. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed delivery order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquires will only be accepted by email.
