Description

The U.S. Special Operations Command, 160th Special Operations Regiment,Technology Applications Contracting Office (TAKO), has a requirment for procuring various Mission Enhanced Little Bird (MELB) kits. The list of each part number and and quantity required for each kit is available at the FedBizOps website associated with this notice. No substitutions of parts will be allowed for these kits. The kits shall be delivered as kits, not by each part number. The delivery point will be determined prior to an award, as well as a delivery schedule. A combined synopsis/solicitation is anticipated to be issued the week of 1 Feb 2005. Upon receipt of notice of availability from interested sources, based on lowest price and availability, one contract may be awarded, or more than one may be awarded. The purpose of this notice is to seek interested sources, and to determine whether or not there exists a sole source environment.
