Description: The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to enter into a Sole Source agreement, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and utilizing the Simplified Acquisition method described in FAR 13.106, with Dennis Tyner to provide assistance in processing for review and signoff by PBGC?s Disclosure Officer all subpoenas processed under FOIA. Contractor will also assist in processing court orders. The PBGC knows of no other Contractor with these unique qualifications and capabilities. The estimated Period of Performance will be for (1) one year. This is a notice for intent to award a sole source contract and is NOT a request for proposals
