Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm-fixed price, Non-personal service purchase order for Physical Therapy Services at the Pine Ridge Service Unit in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Period of performance will be May 17, 2005 through December 31, 2005 with eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days a week. Contractor will perform according to the statement of work. This is a Small-Business Set-Aside. Requests for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by telefax or email and it will be made available approximately 15 days AFTER the date of this publication, which will be February 10, 2005. The closing date of this RFQ package is March 10, 2005.
