Description: The Library of Congress intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB). The requirement is to procure various braille magazines that are published and distributed solely by RNIB, and are delivered to the Library of Congress in accordance with LOC NLS/BPH requirements. Delivery of RNIB Braille Magazines are for one year (January 2005 through December 2005). This is a non-competitive requirement. NO solicitation exists. No telephone calls will be accepted. Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice.
