Description

VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Florida has a requirement to procure the services of autotransfusion, including equipment, supplies and personnel under NAICS code 621999 and a size standard of $8.5 million. Under the authority of Part 15, VA Medical Center at 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida 33410-6400 would like to establish a contract for autotransfusion services for the period April 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005, with four (4) one (1) year options to renew. The Government intends to award an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications and schedules of the solicitation. Each offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a cost/price and technical standpoint, as contract award may be based on initial offers received without discussions. Contractor shall provide services at VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida 33410. Services shall be provided Monday ? Friday 8am ? 4:30 pm, excluding Federal Holidays and weekends. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12. The solicitation will issue on or about February 4, 2005. The closing date for submission of proposals will be on or about February 25, 2005 at 2:00PM local time. No telephone or fax requests for solicitation will be accepted. Any and all questions regarding the solicitation shall be faxed to 561-422-6507 not later than ten (10) calendar days after the solicitation issue date.
