Description

Under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the VA Medical Center, located at 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach Florida. The VA intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Rita Fritz Unruh Systems, located at 1740 SE Washington Blvd, Suite J, Bartlesville, OK 74006 to provide continued service to the VA Center West Palm Beach. In a continuous effort to improve services to patients and employees there is a requirement for Operation Excellence Survey for 2005. This survey is an ongoing program that identifies opportunities for improvement, encourages employees to assess how improvements will provide more effective service, save dollars and improve employee communication and motivate employees through improvement recognition efforts. The original survey was developed by this source. In order to evaluate the VA?s progress accurately, the same survey must be used and the results evaluated against the previous years. The surveyor has analyzed data from five prior years. On site supervision of the survey process as well as instruction to employees is also included. Interested parties have until February 1, 2005 to submit their qualifications and capabilities in writing. Such qualifications and capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
